Gillfield Baptist Church
There will be a musical tribute at Gillfield Baptist Church prior to the Halifax Street marker dedication honoring the late Undine Smith-Moore: a former member of Gillfield and acclaimed musical pioneer. The marker will be located near the Health Department. The event is being presented by Virginia State University’s Music Department and Gillfield Baptist Church.
